The Thought Criminals are busily working to get their second Album You're A Moral Liabilty! finshed. The Album includes the forthcoming Single's Dirty Electro and Pay Her To Lay Her . The album is a big step foward from The Thought Criminals - Die Young : Stay Pretty album.

The new Album has a lot more Production going on in every track. and sees the band diversify accross the genres an example of this in the1980's Giorgio Morooder Style Beats in the song Depression. Watching You is a Four to the Floor Club Track with a powerfull Chorus. Reality and Into The Lebanon add a very cold Futuristic touch to the new Album.

The Thought Criminals will be playing live in the near future to support the New Album not just in the UK this time.

The Thought Criminals and Empire State Human are working on a cover of a Classic Eighties Song. This will be released as a Single hopefully later this year. Both acts will be singing on this number and it is currently being recorded in Dublin and London.
